About Us

We are a (growing) group of freelancers that work together as the "otherside of music", providing online services to the music industry. 

Services are offered on the Fiverr marketplace (termed a "Gig"). The Fiverr marketplace helps us to reduce idle time in our projects, better scale our resources, and offer buyers economies of scale benefits, such as cost efficiency, on-demand expertise, access to specialist resources for smaller tasks, increased security, and a healthy focus on data privacy.  

Our customers pay per task ("gig") or pay per minute (prepaid model), avoiding hidden resourcing costs & risks that are common when running a business. 

All activities / projects have a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC)

The person who accepted your order on Fiverr is your Single Point Of Contact (SPOC). This is regardless of whether the activity is performed by one person, or by a project team. The SPOC assures that your questions / issues are be properly addressed and that the service is delivered as agreed.
